✨How to take care of Polymer Clay jewelries.
- Do not bend!
- All our polymer clay earring studs/hook are S925 Sterling Silver, they may turn dark after uses ( It depends on your body situation and environments around.) You may easily clean them with soft jewelry polishing cloth.
- Store them in a cool, dry place. A jewelry box, or packaging bag with self sealing zipper is recommended. This will help to avoid oxidization.
- Avoid to wear them when you are swimming, sleeping , showering. Especially ocean water is super not friendly with most types of metals.
- Gently wipe them with water dipped wet tissue when they are dirty.

All items are exchangeable and returnable if unworn, clean and returned within 15 days of the date you receive the product.
We will cover all fees for return and exchange if it's due to quality issue, such as broken before use.

All exchanges and returns must be shipped back to the address provided by the website assistant.
Replacement will be shipped within 2 business day if the replacement doesn't include handmade item. Replacement will be shipped within 3 days or longer if it's including handmade items, it all depands on the quantity.
Refund will be issued within 2 business days to your original purchasing account after return is delivered.
