Designer/Owner Says :
I started to make my own jewelry in 2015 summer as a hobby.
My Hispanic friends have influenced me a lot, I like the energy they delivered to me. In my eyes , they are wild like Caribbean's weather, passionate like sunshine, confident like palm tress and kind like ocean. So I wanted to have a Spanish name, then "Amorcito" came into my eyes, it means little lover in urban Spanish language. I gave my brand this name because I hope all the people who wearing my jewelries are loved like someone's little love, or gift my jewelries to the ones they love. There were many times, I saw moms and daughters, or sisters , besties talking about buying different pieces so they could exchange when they need. Those sweet visuals and conversations have kept jumping into my mind very time when I'm making jewelries. I realized that my jewelries are not just jewelries , they are the connections between the people who love each others.

During 2018~2019, my brand has started to get more chances to communicate with customers in Miami iconic places Wynwood and South Beach. I've met many people all over the world during that time. What a good memory. But Covid almost destroyed everything I had built in the past couple years.

As an artist, my income was not stable, especially during Covid pandemic, my retail business had to be paused a whole year. The economy was not friendly with small business at all even in the next 2 years. I had got some stress but never felt depressed because I've got the most beautiful treasure in my life since I was born, my parents. They are the type of parents that giving me negative information of the things I wanna do always, but on the other side, the next day they would check with their bank account and see how much they can help if I need it. I wouldn't be able to do what I like without the supports from my parents.

At the end, I wanna say Thanks to all the people who are following on my Instagram, or just stopped by my booth and told me they liked my jewelries. Thanks U.S, you give me a chance to make my dreams come true.
